Allianz Partners is hiring full-time Inside Sales Associates for its Travel Sales team to handle inbound customer inquiries, identify travel insurance needs, educate customers, provide quotes, close sales, and maintain customer records. The role is fully remote for candidates residing in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, or Texas, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts starting between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Eastern time. A high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of customer service experience are required; sales experience is preferred but not required. Base pay is $16–$19 per hour, with uncapped incentives and potential total earnings of $50,000–$60,000 per year.
