Description
The Inside Sales Associate will work under the Inside Sales Team Leader, Australia & New Zealand, to generate and grow World Courier’s business opportunities, maintain client relationships, represent the organization professionally, and deliver solutions to new and existing business opportunities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related field, strong sales experience, and significant experience in freight forwarding or the science/laboratory industry. An associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred, as is CRM certification and prior sales experience.
