ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow assigned customer accounts, increase revenue and margins, acquire new customers, convert purchases from competitors, manage account communications, make outbound calls, maintain customer relationship records, educate customers on products and industry developments, and provide strong customer service across in-store, phone, and online channels. The role requires at least one year of sales experience, strong verbal and written communication, basic Microsoft Office literacy, customer-focused selling, negotiation, CRM familiarity, and the ability to meet sales targets independently and as part of a team.
