Carrier Commercial Service is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Chicago to support commercial HVAC sales by helping customers identify solutions, coordinating estimates and quotes, preparing pricing documentation and contracts, and providing product, pricing, and service opportunity support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant commercial HVAC, technical sales, sales engineering, or account management experience. Compensation is $64,500 to $129,500 annually, with commission, a company car program, training, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
