Publishing Concepts, LP (PCI) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate. This remote role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring exceptional professionalism and efficiency. The associate will follow established sales processes, update client records, pitch branded offerings, and participate in ongoing coaching. The position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to closing deals, and excellent attendance. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $40K to $45K annually.
