The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, cold-calling or telemarketing experience, cash handling, PC/software use, and the ability to multitask in a branch sales environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred bilingual Spanish/English skills and 3+ years of related inside sales experience.
