Nox Metals is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Ferndale, Michigan to convert inbound RFQs into shipped orders. The role owns quoting, estimating, drawing and specification review, order entry into production, scheduling, customer communication, issue resolution, CRM logging, and coordination with quality, supply chain, and shipping. Candidates should have inside sales, quoting, estimating, or customer-service experience in metals, machine shops, or industrial manufacturing, along with technical knowledge of alloys, tempers, tolerances, and lead times.
