Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in San Diego, California, with a Monday–Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. schedule and pay starting at $23.15 to $31.85 per hour plus a quarterly performance bonus. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, suggestive selling, customer service, rental transactions, order processing, equipment selection, billing, and coordinating with dispatch and field sales. It is approximately 80% office-based and 20% yard-based, with possible extended hours or on-call rotation. Candidates need at least two years of customer service experience, sales and relationship-building ability, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and the ability to meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
