Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in North Charleston, South Carolina, with a Monday–Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule and pay starting at $24 to $31 per hour plus a quarterly performance bonus. The role generates rental revenue, opens new accounts, recommends equipment solutions, handles outbound prospecting and customer inquiries, manages reservations and rental transactions, maintains Salesforce and RentalMan data, and coordinates with dispatch, yard, service, and other teams. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, technology aptitude, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; DOT-related equipment-transport knowledge is a plus.
