Description
The Inside Sales Employee serves as a central customer and internal contact, handling quotation requests, orders, delivery updates, returns, complaints, overdue payments, telephone inquiries, and support for sales representatives and other departments. The role is full-time or on a 4/5 schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 and early Friday completion, and is based in Roeselare. Candidates should speak Dutch and French fluently, have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
