The role involves consulting with private and business customers, preparing and processing offers and orders, maintaining customer relationships, supporting field sales consultants, following up with customers, and handling complaints. Candidates should have completed commercial training, knowledge of construction materials and building components, strong customer and sales orientation, independent and team-oriented working style, and good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable.
