Trace3 is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to support regional outside sales representatives and the distribution team in growing existing and new customers, meeting sales quotas, processing orders and quotes, managing shipments and customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer and opportunity records. The role requires strong communication, organization, independent work, and NetSuite and Microsoft Office skills; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or a technical field is preferred. The estimated pay range is $29–$32 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, savings, insurance, and other benefits.
