DRUFA pack GmbH is hiring a full-time Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in Engelskirchen to support existing customers, prepare and follow up on quotations, process orders, coordinate with European suppliers, monitor deliveries, communicate by phone and email, handle complaints, support the field sales team, and maintain product and customer data. The role requires commercial training, inside sales or customer service experience, MS Office proficiency, German and English communication skills, and strong organizational and customer-focused abilities; packaging industry experience is advantageous but not required.
