The role supports the company’s dealer network by providing phone and email customer support, processing sales orders, making outbound dealer calls, selling archery products, troubleshooting inquiries, representing the company at trade shows, and maintaining dealer and activity records. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; archery knowledge is a plus, while two or more years of inside sales or customer service experience is preferred. The position offers $40,000–$60,000 annually, medical insurance after 90 days, paid holidays and vacation, a 401(k) match after one year, employee product discounts, and access to archery ranges after 90 days.
