Commvault is hiring a remote Pre-Sales Support Engineer to support Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the United States market. The role focuses on pre-sales engagements, proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, documentation, technical research, requirements gathering, and related activities. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on technical support or data recovery, backup and recovery experience, with cloud-platform exposure, along with knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, databases, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Customer-facing experience delivering pilots, proof-of-concepts, and technical demonstrations is required, while CRM, backup-and-recovery vendor, cloud, AI, and language experience are preferred.
