Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer – Aftermarket to serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for Middle East aftermarket inquiries routed through the Dammam office. The role manages inquiries through the inquiry-to-project lifecycle, provides technical recommendations, prepares proposals for parts, upgrades, and services, coordinates with execution and service teams, maintains Salesforce opportunity records, and builds long-term customer relationships. The position is primarily office-based in Mumbai with periodic customer visits and requires strong English and Arabic communication, technical aptitude, commercial and customer-facing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
