The role serves B2B customers by advising on fire and security products, processing orders, providing phone and email support, managing product and inventory information, recommending alternatives, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams. Candidates need at least an MBO-level education or equivalent, one year of customer service experience, basic computer and order-management skills, fluency in Dutch and English, communication ability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused, proactive team attitude.
