Asure Software is hiring a full-time Manager, Inside Sales to lead and develop an inside sales team in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on recruiting and retaining sales professionals, coaching and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers, supporting deal development and closing, forecasting, and managing sales KPIs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years managing an inside sales team, at least three years selling software as an individual contributor, and experience with Salesforce and virtual selling tools. The position offers $140,000–$150,000 in on-target earnings plus uncapped commission and medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA benefits.
