Delta IBT is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop the inside sales team at its Wildenhag site in Upper Austria. The role is responsible for achieving team targets, collaborating with colleagues and managers in Canada, supporting knowledge sharing, overseeing order processing, and providing proactive customer service. The position requires several years of leadership experience, strong English skills, international collaboration experience, and willingness to travel up to four times per year; SAP knowledge and experience with internal projects and change processes are advantageous. It is an on-site role with flextime of 38.5 hours per week and a starting gross salary of €4,061 per month.
