Description
Wing Assistant is hiring a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to lead the inbound follow-up and mid-funnel layer of its sales engine. The role manages SDRs and Sales Associates, coaches and hires the team, owns the pairing model with Account Executives, designs and tests follow-up sequences, recovers missed demos, manages channel-partner opportunities, and improves funnel conversion and sales quality. The manager will also maintain sales knowledge and compliance standards, use CRM and sales technology, and work Pacific Time. The position pays PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month plus on-target earnings.
