Description
The Sales Associate sells lighting products and services to homeowners, architects, builders, designers, contractors, and electricians while meeting sales goals and providing showroom and phone customer service. The role includes product education, order processing through ERP/CRM/POS systems, inventory and display support, customer relationship building, and collaboration with lighting technicians and designers. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of related retail sales experience are required; ERP/CRM/POS experience is preferred.
