The Inside Sales Representative generates and increases sales through inbound and outbound calls, handles customer inquiries, maintains customer and territory records, processes orders and returns, monitors shipments, and supports customer profitability. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent animal health or agriculture experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, inside sales experience, and SAP proficiency. The position offers minimal regional travel and pays $17.36–$22.55.
