Description
The Cabinetry Sales and Design Specialist will design and sell cabinetry solutions using 2020 Design, consult with customers, prepare layouts and estimates, manage projects through order completion, conduct measurements, develop new business, and coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers. The role requires at least two years of cabinet design, consultative sales, or related kitchen and bath experience, proficiency with 2020 Design, the ability to read floor plans and construction drawings, strong sales and customer-service skills, CRM experience, and an associate degree or equivalent experience. Compensation starts at $21 per hour plus 10% commissions on paid gross margin sales, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, paid holidays, and training benefits.
