Description
The role supports patient database growth and hearing-aid sales by meeting patients, conducting screenings, making ear impressions, ordering products, fitting and adjusting hearing aids, providing care instructions, conducting post-fitting orientations, maintaining patient files, and following up with patients. A high school diploma and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; Illinois requires two years of verifiable college education, and the employer will train and mentor candidates through the licensing process. Previous sales or customer-service experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, teamwork, reliability, and customer-service skills.
