FM Recruiting® is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Hanover to contact potential business customers, identify staffing needs, promote social recruiting solutions, schedule consultations for recruiting experts, document interactions in a CRM, and coordinate prospect handovers. Sales experience is not required because career changers receive structured onboarding and training. The role is a permanent on-site position with a starting salary of €3,500 gross per month, rising to up to €3,800 after six months, plus health benefits and potential company-car eligibility after 12 months.
