Inside Sales Representative at 1100 Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc.

FCX Performance is hiring an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative to establish and expand customer relationships, identify process flow control and instrumentation needs, and provide technical and application solutions. The role handles customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, availability and shipping verification, vendor coordination, pricing and delivery negotiations, returns, and order expediting, while collaborating with outside sales and maintaining customer service and gross-margin performance. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3+ years of customer service or inside technical sales experience are preferred.
