Description
The Retail Sales Representative provides sales and customer service to retail customers through walk-ins, telephone, and email; assists with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds, and exchanges; sells company products and services; prepares estimates and quotes for small projects; enters orders and schedules deliveries; and resolves simple customer complaints. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of sales-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
