Capstone is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to partner with Account Executives and execute territory coverage plans, prospect for new business, manage mid-level sales opportunities, support strategic opportunities, expand customer relationships, and maintain Salesforce records. The role is based in North Mankato or Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with a hybrid schedule of at least two office days per week; fully remote work may be considered. The position requires some travel and offers a base pay range of $55,000-$70,000 plus a sales commission plan with on-target earnings of $75,000-$100,000.
