Carter Lumber is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to serve customers in the store, provide product information and project advice, prepare estimates, process transactions, follow up on online quotes, cold-call new leads, support outside sales representatives, and assist with inventory control. The role requires sales or customer service experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet sales and profit goals; familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
