Description
ADESA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts, and other customers to grow the auction business. The role handles customer service, complaint resolution, dealer outreach, hotel and flight reservations, CRM reporting, sale-day duties, vehicle exposure campaigns, and coordination with sales, marketing, and other departments. It requires a high school or GED, at least one year of customer service and administrative experience, automotive or auction experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English. The position pays $22-$25 hourly and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
