Description
The Inside Sales Representative/Project Manager coordinates customer support from quote through delivery for metal building systems, residential metal roofing, and components. Responsibilities include generating estimates, interpreting project requirements, developing specifications, providing quotes and contracts, entering sales orders, coordinating manufacturing and delivery, managing post-delivery issues, maintaining customer relationships, and reporting competitive market information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and organizational skills, computer and business software proficiency, and is 100% office-based. Compensation is $25 per hour plus medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1, along with additional benefits.
