Description
Herport is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to develop and manage customer and prospect portfolios in international air and ocean freight. The role prepares import/export quotations, responds to RFQs and spot quotes, negotiates carrier rates, follows up on sales opportunities, tracks opportunities in CRM, supports customer satisfaction, and collaborates with Operations, Pricing, and Field Sales to meet revenue targets. Candidates should have experience in business development, sales administration, or international freight transportation, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and proficiency in French and English.
