Flow Control Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative in Jacksonville, Florida. The role supports customers and outside sales, recommends solutions, generates quotes, manages customer orders from entry through shipment, and combines inside sales with purchasing and expediting responsibilities. Key duties include coordinating customers and suppliers, expediting and tracking orders, preparing vendor orders, processing pricing and purchase orders, resolving delivery and supply-chain issues, managing returns and customer inventory, maintaining order-tracking portals, and collecting required documentation. An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with related distribution or manufacturing experience and purchasing or expediting exposure. Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational, communication, detail-oriented, and time-management skills are valued.
