GHJ Search and Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for an established industrial services organization. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, reconnecting with dormant accounts, managing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing quotes, closing opportunities, and maintaining a CRM pipeline. It offers a $20–$30 hourly base plus uncapped commission, structured onboarding, and a fully onsite Monday-through-Friday schedule in the greater Atlanta area.
