Hydraulic Controls, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of OEM, resale, and user accounts, serve as the primary contact, process and troubleshoot orders, source parts, handle returns and credits, suggest additional products, generate leads, maintain CRM data, and support customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service and hydraulic sales experience, hydraulic and power-transmission knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ERP or TrulinX literacy, and forklift certification at some branches.
