Description
The Inside Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries for electrical and electronic products through phone, email, and other channels; provide product guidance and solutions; prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules; coordinate with suppliers; and support commercial and administrative projects. The role requires knowledge of electricity or electronics, customer service or inside sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and advanced French, English, and Spanish proficiency.
