Description
Koalafi is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to prospect and onboard small- to medium-sized retailers for lease-to-own financing. The role owns the full sales cycle, makes outbound and inbound calls, delivers sales presentations, manages the pipeline, and supports Western U.S. markets Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. Candidates need at least one year of sales or customer-contact experience; bilingual Spanish-English candidates are strongly encouraged, and a bachelor's degree and CRM experience are preferred. The role offers uncapped commission and an annual on-target compensation of $90,000 to $100,000+, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
