Molex is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with remote work eligibility. The role supports the Optical Solutions Business Unit by managing customer orders, returns, complaints, requests, quotations, portals, forecasts, and related reports; resolving issues; maintaining SAP data; and supporting Sales Account Managers. Candidates need customer-facing service experience, strong organization and communication skills, and preferably SAP, Excel, Power BI, optical connectivity, and order-to-cash experience. The position pays $60,000–$80,000 per year, paid hourly, with variable bonus potential and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
