Description
The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a customer-facing link between customers, account managers, and internal departments, processing orders and quotations, following up on delivery times, coordinating with planning, logistics, finance, and production, and maintaining customer and supplier communications. The role requires fluent Dutch and French, Excel knowledge, strong organization, customer focus, independent initiative, and the ability to manage multiple cases; Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge is advantageous.
