Konvert Mechelen is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers in its business gifts, promotional products, and workwear business. The role handles customer inquiries, product advice, quotations, order processing, delivery monitoring, customer communication, data entry, and service requests, while building long-term customer relationships. The position requires Dutch and French proficiency, computer skills, strong organization, and customer-focused communication; prior administrative or commercial experience is an advantage but not required. It is a Monday-through-Friday, 40-hour-per-week office role with no weekend work.
