The Inside Sales Representative will manage existing and new customers through phone, email, and chat; support external sales with technical inquiries and quotations; process customer requests; contribute to sales campaigns and lead acquisition; and maintain product data. The role requires technical affinity, MS Office and CRM knowledge, German communication skills, and a customer-focused, independent working style.
