METRO Deutschland GmbH is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for long-standing customers in the hotel and restaurant industry. The role provides phone-based customer support, processes orders for delivery customers, advises on gastro service solutions and promotional products, develops sales strategies, and collaborates with field customer managers, wholesale stores, and delivery units to achieve territory targets. Commercial training, hospitality experience, initial sales or telephone-sales experience, food interest, and MS Office proficiency are preferred or welcomed, while career changers are supported.
