Spark Hire is hiring a full-time, remote Inside Sales Representative to enroll prospective students in career training programs. The role handles inbound calls in English and Spanish, follows up with warm leads, recommends programs, explains tuition and funding options, handles objections, closes enrollments, maintains CRM records, and coordinates onboarding. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least two years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, telesales, or a similar phone-based sales role, and demonstrate proven phone-sales, objection-handling, negotiation, communication, and CRM skills.
