Description
Pavago is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time remote role working U.S. business hours. The representative will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, qualify leads, understand customer needs, prepare and explain quotes, handle objections, close sales, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet sales and conversion targets. The position requires at least two years of inside or phone-based sales experience, demonstrated closing ability, strong English communication, CRM experience, organization, persistence, and comfort in a KPI-driven environment.
