Watts Steam Store is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service, manage customer information and basic accounting functions, support front-counter customers, maintain the showroom, and assist outside sales with pricing, availability, product specifications, and order status. The role also involves calling customers to confirm maintenance appointments and requires strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, and teamwork. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with dental, health, life, paid time off, and employee discount benefits.
