Description
Rexel Nederland is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Haarlem to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle quotations and orders, support account managers, identify commercial opportunities, advise on suitable solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. The role requires an MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Electrical Engineering, at least two years of commercial inside sales experience, a commercial and results-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and an affinity with wholesale or technology. It is a full-time one-year contract with the intention of extending to a permanent contract, offering a gross monthly salary of €2,875–€3,900, holiday allowance, pension accrual, insurance, profit sharing, and a travel allowance.
