SPORTSCHULE DEFCON is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to maintain contact with prospective customers, pre-qualify leads, advise customers on their goals, conduct initial consultations, contact existing contacts by phone, and plan and follow up on appointments for trainers and consultants. The role does not involve cold calling and provides onboarding and training for candidates without prior sales experience. The position offers a fixed gross salary of €3,000 per month and requires strong communication, discipline, process-following, performance-pressure handling, a calm voice, and clear German writing.
