Standex International is hiring an office-based Inside Sales Representative for its Standex Electronics EDGE Business Unit in Fairfield, Ohio, with the option to work remotely one day per week. The role supports field sales teams, manufacturer representatives, distributors, and customers; manages accounts; develops new business; provides technical and commercial quotations for industrial electronics products; coordinates order support and customer service; recommends solutions and cross-sells products; follows up on leads and quotes; monitors market and pipeline risks; and contributes to forecasting. A degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service in a B2B engineered-products environment.
