Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Calhoun, Louisiana, to generate rental revenue, build customer relationships, develop new accounts, and support equipment rentals and service operations. The role is approximately 80% office-based and 20% yard-based, with responsibilities including outbound sales, customer service, rental transactions, Salesforce and RentalMan data entry, contract follow-up, and coordination with dispatch, yard, service, and outside sales teams. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid weekly compensation, quarterly performance bonuses, and benefits, with an associate or bachelor's degree and customer service or sales experience preferred.
