Description
The Inside Sales Representative will join Manufacturing & Distribution’s sales force in Miami, Florida, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The role focuses on developing leads, engaging inbound and outbound customers, promoting products and services, providing customer service, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of sales experience, English fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably ERP/CRM and durable or soft-goods sales experience.
